Meeting link will be activated at 6pm night of meeting. You will be in the “waiting room” until the meeting starts.

The Board has elected to conduct meetings via video conference in accordance with Florida HOA laws. Now, residents will not be excluded due to COVID19 concerns. An additional benefit is that volunteer Board members have a difficult time scheduling when all 5 will be in town. The will now make it possible for us to plan out the dates for the entire year as we can participate from anywhere. Also, it makes it much easier for residents to listen in without any disruptions or intimidation from the few that historically have been disruptive.
Keep in mind that the Board Meetings are just that. They are for the Board to conduct regular business. Each resident is allowed up to 3 minutes to address the Board about any topic on the agenda. The best way to provide input has always been via email to our management company (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by sending it directly to the Board members for compliments or concerns you may have.
Microsoft Teams is the platform we will use for the meetings. SEE HERE FOR HOW TO JOIN:
You may download the “Microsoft Teams” app to your computer or join by web browser. Alternatively, you can join by your phone.
Keep in mind the following:
- You must join with your real name. If we do not validate you in the “waiting room”, you may not participate.
- Your camera and mic will be muted when you join. To participate in the 3 minute homeowner feedback, use the “Raise my Hand” feature and you will be called upon when it is your turn. We will enable your microphone and video and you then un-mute yourself and turn on your camera (if you choose to also be on video).
- Once the homeowner input time is complete, you will simply be able to view the Board conducting monthly business. Board meetings are for the Board to conduct monthly meetings. For the benefit of all homeowners,
