If you have any HOA trees that are overhanging your property, or you're worried about causing damage during a storm, please comment here with a Google Maps image and circle said tree in red (wide enough that we can identify where it is). We have identified most of them, but want to hear from homeowners to make sure we/the arborist don't miss anything.![]()

We have an arborist actively quoting for tree maintenance, and the immediate need is the risky tree/limbs, which will be followed by a general maintenance trim for all of the HOA trees in the coming year.

Ghost kayak floating in the lake by the third entrance… it’s at shore now on the south side west of the bridge. As the tide comes up, it may float elsewhere and not be reachable without another boat.
