New Clubhouse Usage Policies & Booking Tool

The current Board of Directors has removed fees associated with using the clubhouse for your personal events.  Additionally, while residents are still responsible for any damage they or their guests cause, there is no longer a requirement for a security deposit.

The calendar below is for scheduling your events.  As a reminder, the clubhouse can only be used for personal events for you and your guests.  Due to insurance and liability reasons, the clubhouse may not be used for commercial events. This does not include church functions, but does limit selling personal things, multilevel marketing and representing any products or services for profit. Social Committee planned events such as a “Craft Fair” is allowed as all residents would be invited to participate. 

Clubhouse reservations block the entire day. We do not offer multiple reservations for the same day. Volunteers manage the clubhouse access and cannot follow up on more than one event daily.

 If a day is Red or Orange, it is not available.
