New Clubhouse Usage Policies
The new Board of Directors has removed the prior fees associated with using the clubhouse for your personal events. Additionally, while residents are still responsible for any damage they or their guests cause, there is no longer a requirement for a security deposit.
A calendar and procedures will soon be added for scheduling your events. As a reminder, the clubhouse can only be used for personal events for you and your guests. Due to insurance and liability reasons, we cannot allow the clubhouse to be used for any commercial events (this does not include church functions, but does limit selling personal things, multilevel marketing and representing any products or services for profit).
