River-Plantation.com Official HOA Site
Located north of the Manatee River, just moments from the Fort Hamer bridge, River Plantation is one of the most accessible residential communities in eastern Manatee County.
The board meeting is scheduled for tomorrow night (Thursday). Given the conditions, we may HAVE to cancel, but being the budget approval meeting, and the deadlines that come with that to print and mail coupon booklets, we are going to make every effort to hold the meeting albeit abbreviated as much as possible. ![]()

The clubhouse is full of pool furniture, which we will have to move to hold the meeting. There may be standing room only, and we may have to record on a cell phone and post the video when the Internet is back up. ![]()

This is not a cancelation notice, just a heads up that the situation is fluid based on how this storm impacts us. ![]()

Also, two board members are serving the community as Law Enforcement, and may not be available for the meeting due to their service. Keep them in your thoughts and prayers as they help others through this. ![]()

Just did a drive through the neighborhood and it looks pretty well buttoned up, BUT, if you or a neighbor have a trash can outside, or garbage at your curb, BRING IT IN A GARAGE!!! ![]()

If you wouldn’t want it hitting your house from the winds, don’t let it hit a neighbors either. There were a few I saw that NEED to be brought in ASAP. ![]()

Our community pool has been closed due to the inclement weather / hurricane that we will be passing our area in the gulf tomorrow. All of the patio furniture has been placed under the overhang and against the building. We are hoping that the pool will be open Friday, but we will keep you updated.![]()
