All new and replacement key fobs for the pool, clubhouse, restrooms and other amenities can be requested via Open Door Real Estate and Management. 

ALL Key Fobs, including NEW fobs, REPLACEMENT of LOST fobs, or ADDITIONAL fobs are available for $25 each (up to 2 fobs per household) and can be paid for with either check or money order made payable to River Plantation HOA.

First time Fobs are NO LONGER FREE.

If you have an old key fob request form it is invalid as of 2025.

Key Fob not working??

  1.  Rental Homes: All renters must have a current updated lease on file as well as the River Plantation Home Rental Application form on file.  The annual fee of $200 shall have been paid by the homeowner or tenant before the new lease date, (each time a lease is renewed, or the home has been vacated and a new tenancy has been established. ) Your fob is programmed to expire the same day that your lease does, so you must resubmit a copy of your new lease, each time you renew in order for the fob to be extended.
  2.  If you are the  homeowner of a rental or are the tenant and you have a valid lease on file and your fob still doesn’t work,  please contact:

Your fob will not work to get into the clubhouse unless you have a confirmed reservation for that day
