New and replacement key fobs for the pool and restrooms can be obtained via Sentry Management. 

Please contact Sentry Management at (941) 361-1222 or manager@River-Plantation.com 

and they will assist you in obtaining your key fob(s).

Key Fob not working??

  1.  All renters must have a current lease and the River Plantation Application form on file and have paid the $200 rental home fee.  Your fob will be programmed to expire when your lease does, so you must resubmit a copy of your new lease in order for it to be extended.
  2.  If you are a resident or a tenant that has a valid lease on file and it still doesn’t work, please contact Sentry Management at (941) 361-1222 or manager@River-Plantation.com. 
  3.  Your fob does not work to get into the clubhouse unless you have it reserved.    

Key Fobs, including new fobs, replacement of lost fobs, or additional FOBs are available for $25 each and can be paid for with either check or money order made payable to River Plantation HOA.
