New Clubhouse Usage Policies & Booking Tool
The River Plantation Clubhouse is available for private reservation by CURRENT RESIDENTS of River Plantation Neighborhood who are in good standing. Reservations can be made on the River Plantation webpage, and are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
We always hope to ensure the integrity of our facilities, therefore, due to excessive cleaning violations and an increase in damages, the Clubhouse will now require that a reservation shall include a refundable fee of $100.00 per reservation, due when the reservation is approved.
You must also have a key fob registered to your name and address.
The Reserving Party can meet with a board member or Clubhouse Representative at a mutually agreed upon time to pay their fee, no later than 14 days after the reservation is made or no later than seven days before the reservation is scheduled if it is less than 14 days in advance. Contact info will be available once you receive reservation confirmation.
A refund will happen once the clubhouse has been assessed for any violations of the rental contract. If the property is not cleaned as required, or if any additional cleaning or excessive cleaning is required by an outside party, the Reserving Party forfeits their refundable deposit. Any additional charges/fees beyond the $100 deposit due after the end of the rental period from all damages beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and assigned to the reservation holder following the applicable reservation. Additionally, the Reserving Party will possibly be ineligible for any additional use of the Clubhouse, either permanently or until said damages, cleaning, and fees have been fixed at the discretion of the HOA Board.
No deposit will be returned until the premises are cleaned as required and the premises are inspected by the property manager.
We appreciate your understanding as we continue to maintain a standard of our neighborhood and its amenities.
As a reminder:
The clubhouse can only be used for personal events for you and your guests.
Due to insurance and liability reasons, the clubhouse may not be used for commercial events. (This does not include church functions, but does limit selling personal things, multilevel marketing and representing any products or services for profit. Social Committee planned events such as a “Craft Fair” is allowed as all residents would be invited to participate.)
The calendar below is for scheduling your events. Your clubhouse reservation is for the entire day. We do not offer multiple reservations for the same day as volunteers manage the clubhouse access and cannot follow up on more than one event daily.
If a day is shown in Red or Orange, it is not available.
